President Donald Trump identified the Islamic Republic of Iran as a Nation of terror and power, nonetheless shifting global position towards a leading State of Israel in the matter of containment and strategic position of the State in the Middle East, argument stated by POTUS in the White House March the 16th, 2026.

 

Even though Head of State encouraged other Nations to join the United States with Enthusiasm, the delimitation of NATO as a strategic Big Boy lobbied during military campaign after considering the End of War of the United States with the Islamic Republic of Iran (Trump, 2026) (The White House).

ESCUDO DE LAS AMÉRICAS CUMBRE SOBRE EL HEMISFERIO OCCIDENTAL

 

AMÉRICA. Si bien la Cumbre Escudo de las Américas se llevó a cabo en marzo del 2026, la ausencia de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, La República de Colombia y la Republica de Brasil no detuvo la concreción y firma del Decreto en el cual participaron 17 países del hemisferio occidental, entre ellos la delegación de la República de Costa Rica, conformada por el Presidente Rodrigo Cháves y Presidente electo, Laura Fernández.

 

Debido a que la cumbre constituida trata temas como la migración ilegal, crimen organizado y seguridad, la ceremonia y adhesión formal pretende desarrollar una norma para operacionalizar el poder duro en la conformación de la Coalición de las Américas contra los Cárteles.

 

Si bien Costa Rica asistió a la Cumbre Escudo de las Américas en marzo del 2026 debido a la sentencia (2004-09992), emitida por la Sala IV durante la Administración del Presidente Abel Pacheco en el 2023, en la cual se define la potestad de excluir al país de la lista de los países aliados cuando se plantea la implementación de la Política Exterior refiriéndose a ella como ‘neutral’ o  ‘neutralidad política’ con el fin de evitar la participación de Costa Rica en guerra con otros Estados, (Lara, 2026) (La Nación)  la norma permite comprender la relación entre la alianza del país, Estados Unidos de América y demás miembros latinoamericanos sin omitir un marco de Derecho Internacional en la gestión administrativa.

 

La Coalición, referida como Triple C del Hemisferio Occidental, plantea como método de operacionalización desmantelar cárteles, la organización de territorios, acceso al financiamiento, movilización de fuerzas, militares y fuerzas extranjeras para mantener el control del territorio.

 

Si bien el fin de la paz es pretendido por la Cumbre Escudo de las Américas  la evaluación de conceptos como el uso de la fuerza, la invasión arbitraria y la designación de objetivos han sido contrarios a la Constitución Política de la República de Costa Rica, la Organización de las Naciones Unidas y el Derecho Internacional motivo por el cual si se excluye al país, nuevamente, de alguna operacionalización no se infringe la norma escrita ni la diplomacia para alcanzar el fin pretendido.

According to Sagasti, the authority of a Constitutional Tribunal, has been consolidated by means of far right political parties, reason for which during interview developed by Pulitzer Award Winner, Andrés Oppenheimer, the re institution about the difference between the Citizens Defender grouped ideologically with the far left political parties and the State’s Dependencies are differentiated from the President’s interest in Congress (Sagasti, 2026) (Oppenheimer Presenta)[1].

 

Even though division has awakened manifestation and conflict within citizens, the creation of coalitions with partial and temporary objectives has increased the cleavage and consent towards governance and stability.

CYRUS ACCORDS

 

ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF IRAN. After outbreak of manifestations, public unrest and political hostilities the Shah of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Reza Pahlavi, states the conditions to establish the Cyrus Accords. Even though Pahlavi mentioned the Abraham Accords already kept by the United States of America, the intended diplomacy between the Islamic Republic Iran, the State of Israel and the Middle East could be agreed after conditions are reached.

ISRAELITE ZIONIST CENTER OF COSTA RICA AWARDS TIKVÁ PRICE TO PRESIDENT RODRIGO CHÁVES

The Foreign Trade Promoter and governmental agency for investment PROCOMER identified the proportional success of economic prosperity that the State of Israel has had deciding to open a Commercial Bureau with Diplomatic Hierarchy in Jerusalem after the Bilateral Free Trade Agreement (FTA) was signed in December 2025.

 

The Free Trade Agreement develops commercial bonds with a sectorial focus, tariff elimination and strategic placement of products nonetheless, Tikvá is, for Costa Rica, an award for National Pride, Zionism, Peace and prosperity.
