PRESIDENTIAL DEBATE ORGANIZED BY THE CNN

 

 

Presidential debate organized by CNN held Thursday, June the 27^th 2024, was opened by Joe Biden, current Head of State who referred to the main achievements of his Administration mentioning the economic recovery after epidemic lapse as initial status quo time-line to initiate government. Even though Bidenomics improved social security (Realpolitik) by means of domestic policy, the recovery after social mécontentement brought precise concession towards civic dispute inside the United States.

 

Albeit former President and entrepreneur, Donald Trump, greeted with diplomacy President Biden, the development of strategic content as a formal reply to question made by Moderator leaded debate towards a technical approach concerning economy and warfare.

 

Besides answering with accurate factual references, the development of Foreign Policy concerning the State of Israel, differentiating territory from Judaism, both the Republican Candidate and the Democrat Representative promoted the participation of the United States’ military department and industrial complex selling arms complementing the Realpolitik objective: to debilitate Hamas and organize fact to defend Israel against the Islamic Republic of Iran as an official Ally.

 

Albeit geopolitical association BINLADEN and the mention of other conceptual and territorial disputes (United Nations) that have developed warfare, Biden closed strategic block with agreement stating that no terror was tolerated during Administration.

 

“No terror during my Administration”, affirmed Democrat.

 

Even though Donald Trump mentioned the responsibility after consolidated transition approaching the Assault of the US Capitol, coded as “A Great Frontier”, made Biden’s argument about the veto action concerning the International Court of Justice an affirmative counter-argument concerning the conservative appeal towards members of the International Court of Justice.

 

After Republican Candidate recovered scheme due to successful political exit of conflict and war in the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan by means of the development of  a Product of State and price, surveillance of the conflict between the Federation of Russia and the Republic of Ukraine as one that can be solved  by norm created after the annexation of Ukraine determining the possibility to end war if “Russia keeps territory as an agreement” of Realpolitik.

Even though Trump agreed that he would be “tough at the border” mentioning social output of traffic of fentanyl and associated disorders, Republican Candidate closed argument signaling support to the policing groups along with criminal and justice reforms.

Si bien la República de Argelia se independizó de Francia en 1962, la reivindicación colonialista e instauración de la autodeterminación y soberanía de Argelia como Nación soberana constituyó el éxito de los principios identitarios como el uso del árabe además del francés y desarrollo cultural propio del país ubicado al norte de África acentuando la división fronteriza con la República Tunecina, Estado de Libia, República Federal de Nigeria, República de Mali, República Islámica de Mauritania, República Árabe Saharaui Democrática y el Reino de Marruecos.

 

Durante la década de los años cincuenta, la desconcentración del régimen colonial provocó la guerra civil en el territorio argelino incrementando las facciones independentistas de la República de Francia tras un periodo de armamentismo y guerra en Magreb (Región de África del Norte). Si bien el Presidente en ejercicio, Charles de Gaulle, incentivó la creación de un gobierno constitucionalista para crear la normativa de Argelia y fortalecer la autodeterminación de los ciudadanos, el gobierno provisional oficial, determinó que la guerra civil debía detener el conflicto real entre los habitantes de la nación africana.

 

Tras más de 130 años de colonialismo la inestabilidad civil tuvo como repercusión la intervención de Estados terceros y entes internacionales como la Organización de las Naciones Unidas instaurando un mecanismo de consulta para determinar el devenir del gobierno local de Argelia, el gobierno provisional, que podría negociar con el gobierno continental de Francia promovido por el General Charles de Gaulle.

 

Además de la intervención de Estados terceros, temas de interés humano y seguridad como la protección del espacio aéreo generó la pronta reacción de la Organización del Tratado del Atántico Norte (OTAN) con el fin de evitar el armamentismo y vigilar, desde el territorio Africano, la libertad de los océanos enviando asistencia militar Americana al territorio Argelino (Asamblea General de la Organización de las Naciones Unidas Diciembre 1960-Marzo 1961).

 

Si bien la República de Argelia se independizó el 5 de julio de 1962 de Francia, la autodeterminación de los ciudadanos incluyó la defensa de la identidad, la soberanía, la integridad territorial y la determinación de la nacionalidad sin discriminación alguna terminando la guerra civil por medio del fortalecimiento de la Institución de la Nación argelina.

 

Tras la independencia, la diplomacia se instauró como mecanismo oficial para la Resolución de Conflictos y cooperación estableciendo como interés de ambas naciones el trabajo comprometido para la preservación y restauración archivística, reglamentación pacífica para la resolución de conflictos, la enseñanza bilateral del francés y árabe, la protección del patrimonio subacuático, desarrollo de alianza (Task-Force) algero-francais , la protección y seguridad marítima y de aviación civil además de otros dominios educativos, culturales y científicos promovidos por la Déclaration d’Algere pour le Parteneriat renouvelé entre l’Algerie et la France (Presidence de la République de France, 2022).

 PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF HONDURAS VISITS COSTA RICA AIMING THE RECOVERY OF THE PRO TEMPORE PRESIDENCY OF SICA

Rendez –Vous organized between President of the Republic of Costa Rica, Rodrigo Chaves, and President of the Republic of Honduras, June 20^th, 2024 brought to awareness the intention of Xiomara Castro to recover the Pro tempore Precedence of the Central American Integration System (SICA) as formal institution regarding regional cooperation.

 

Xiomara Castro recognizes climate change as primary conflict as well as the affectation of commerce and trade due to instability, social impression and damage.

 

“High temperatures, droughts, rain and climate change have affected region”, mentioned President of the Republic of Honduras, Xiomara Castro, during Press Conference held in Casa Presidential of Costa Rica referring to Central and Latin America.

 

Besides climate change, the reference about the illegal transportation of narcotics, migration and security were positioned as common goal between Rodrigo Chaves and Xiomara Castro to illustrate further political alliances developed with a technical approach through SICA.

 

Albeit mentioning unitary Pro tempore precedence of other Central American countries such as Nicaragua and Costa Rica, the ultimate political goal to recover institutionalism (Universal Establishment of Rules) to achieve common goals through SICA was immediately approved by the President of the Republic of Costa Rica, Rodrigo Chaves,  who defined institutionalism as an ‘instrument to achieve collaboration’ declaring a Bilateral Regional Meeting to create policies appealing to unionism ,defended by President Xiomara Castro, as something that can be maneuvered by a consented agenda.

After an established Presidential reign of President of United Mexican States, Manuel López Obrador, career candidate from political party ‘Morena’, Claudia Sheinbaum, was elected President after scrutinizing first Round of valid votes Sunday, June 2^nd, 2024.

 

Even though Xóchitl Gálvez received 28.6% valid votes and Jorge Máynez 9.9% Sheinbaum was elected as Candidate with more than minimum mayority and will be the first woman to become President of the United Mexican States after 200 years of independence, democratic rule and Presidentialist form of State.

 

Albeit becoming President as representative of ‘Morena’ party, ideological resemblance and continuity of López Obrador’s social programs have been signaled as priority to keep up with the height of the generous and great pueblo of Mexico:

 

“Vamos a seguir haciendo de México cada día un país más justo, democrático, libre, soberano para seguir construyendo la grandeza de nuestra patria. Ténganlo por seguro… estaremos a la altura de nuestra historia y a la altura del generoso gran pueblo de México”, mentioned Claudia Sheinbaum during closing lines of speech provided June 2nd, 2024 (Sheinbaum, BBC MUNDO).

 

Besides referring to social program, Sheinbaum distinguishes autonomy of Mexican Bank and the importance of financial discipline to accomplish the new government's goals including reforming the National Guard, Intelligence, Public Security and Investigation to consolidate  Mexican Institutionalism.

 

Even though the speech focused in the creation of domestic policies, Mexico’s next President regarded friendship with the United States of America as one of mutual respect and equality referring to the importance of defending the Mexican migrants who live in foreign grounds.
