Warsaw. With the objective to
conduct multilateral discussion Prime Minister of Poland, Donald Tusk,
conducted moderation concerning geography, history and peace in the World. The Warsaw Security Forum, held in Poland
October, 2026, labeled Russian aggression as a force of domination seeking the
determination of the free world and the West developing arguments about War de
escalation and eventual Peace between the Republic of Ukraine and the Russian
Federation.
“Ukraine will not be broken”,
signaled Polish Prime Minister, Donald Tusk, referring to multilateral

Albeit
Tusk identified Security Architecture
as a precondition to reach political agreement, mentioning Russia before 1989 and Atlantic
Alignments to concur diplomatic Road to Peace aiming de escalation as
intended objective with the President of the Republic of Ukraine, Volodimir
Zelensky, in War with the Russian Federation.
Concerning
sanctions constituted after International Law and Tribunal for War Prime
Minister of the Republic of Poland, Donald Tusk, agreed to revise the President
of the United States’ proposal concurring with intended objective to reach a
consented Peace.
Albeit
attack of Oil Refineries defined the Republic of Ukraine’s offensive during
war, the deterrence of the attacks to the oligarchy and subsequent Deal agreed
by the President of the United States, Donald Trump, to import Diesel developed
consent to avoid disruption of global trade.
“We do not have major oil reserves, large oil expert
capacity (…) we import diesel and other oil products”,
replied President of Ukraine, Volodimir Zelensky, concerning the proposal of a
Diesel Deal by the President of the United States.
Even
though Ukraine has already implemented energetic rationing, de optimized
economic trade due to gasoline shortage and identified damage to Oil Refineries
as an output of War, the activation after deterrence and revision of cost and volume of oil in global market
will develop economic dialectic to stop the attack of critical infrastructure
and energetic grid, according to Zelensky.

Warsaw Security Forum was a moderated discussion, inquiry about elections in
Ukraine was replied by the President of Ukraine who identified contemporary
Status Quo as not viable to modify Legislation nor Constitution to hold
elections considering that a full ceasefire is a precondition to organize
democratic elections in Ukraine, labeling Security
Level as variable for the County’s stability, adding to discussion, a
modest request for President Vladimir Putin to stop long range attacks before
winter.
