PRESIDENTE DE LA REPÚBLICA DE HONDURAS: REFORMA QUE APRUEBA RECUPERAR CAJA ÚNICA DEL ESTADO

Asamblea General de las Naciones Unidas. Si bien el cambio principal percibido en el Estado se debe al impacto del capitalismo global la destrucción de recursos naturales y corrupción se identifican como los conflictos principales de la época actual en la cual el interés del Estado se sobrepone al del sector privado. Además del del capitalismo global, las prácticas neo coloniales presentes en el territorio nacional de Honduras referente de la realidad de otras naciones del continente americano divide el verdadero interés de los países con los de los Tratados de Libre Comercio.

Si bien la Presidente Xiomara Castro señala en el Discurso presentado en septiembre del 2024 ante la Asamblea General de la Organización de las Naciones Unidas el producto de la posición de la ganancia económica sobre el interés humano, la denuncia concerniente a los esquemas de arbitraje y justicia evalúa el fallo emitido por la Corte Suprema de Justicia (CSJ) relacionado a la terminación masiva de la vida humana ‘Genocidio Palestino’ además de la creciente tensión entre el Estado de Israel y la República de Líbano.

Si bien la Presidente menciona la Resolución emitida por la Organización de las Naciones Unidas en el 2024 que tiene como fin el combate de la corrupción, la referencia de la mártir hondureña, Berta Cáceres, define la relevancia del despertar de la humanidad, la defensa de los recursos naturales y de la población indígena para definir la Nación ante el capitalismo global.

“THE WAR IS OVER” -PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF UKRAINE VOLODOMIR ZELENSKI

 

During the 79^th Session of the General Assembly of the United Nations, President of the Republic of Ukraine remembered the day war in Ukraine began March the 4^th, 2022 changing previous localized conflict (Crimea) into a full-scale output of war. Even though President Zelenski presented a comprehensive strategy to end military conflict with Russia in 2022, devastating effects of continuous attack of territorial Ukraine targeted spirit, infrastructure, energy grid, thermal power plants and hydroelectric capacity disconnecting up to 80% of energy power plants reason for which, along with the 2024’s United Nations Resolution, President of Ukraine demanded to the President of the Russian Federation the return of the control of the Parisian Nuclear Power to redefine ‘Nuclear Safety’ as the main objective for National and International security.

 

Even though the people of Ukraine have resisted battlefield conditions the control of the radiation danger is an asset to end war with Russia considering the largest 6 nuclear reactors and real interest to achieve President Zelenski’s ‘Peace Formula’ including the defense of the best opportunity and set of principles to end war.

Albeit almost a year after Catalyst Eve (October 7^th, 2023) modified Israel’s status quo into a State of War with the State of Palestine and Hamas, the reference of related affairs mentioned by the President of the Authority of the State of Palestine, Mahmoud Abbas, at the General Assembly of the United Nations 2024, suggested an all-out war of Gaza considering a mandatory Two State Solution concurred with the State of Israel.

 

 

Even though Abbas defined an Administration of Democracy and Right Implementation as a normative institution to achieve consentment, the obstruction of a Permanent Resolution requiring Israel’s ceasefire has not yet being achieved by means of a political yield towards Peace.

 

 

Considering President of the Authority of the State of Palestine’s plea to keep historical and legal status fullscale war (genocide) would end along with the cessation of the annexation and settlement activities developed as an outcome of Israeli occupation of the State of Palestine reason for which Abbas’ petition to Israel to full implement the General Assembly’s Resolution after the Advisory Opinion manifested in 2024 intending to end occupation within 12 months would be achieved.

The objective to activate a centralized corridor between the Arab Republic of Egypt, State of Israel and the State of Palestine would imply a Military Victory for Israel and Diplomatic yield to achieve Peace by determining the existence and future for citizens with a security organization of the Army.

 

Even though Palestine in History is a Nation without territorial delimitation according to Mosab Hassan Yousef, the identity of Hamas is constituted by the use of Arab and prevalence of the ethnic group within the territory (Son of the co-Founder of Hamas and member of Israel’s Intelligence) reason for which the civilized and Diplomatic achievement between both facts would represent a real truce and deal with the State of Israel.
