“THE WAR IS OVER” -PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF UKRAINE VOLODOMIR ZELENSKI

 

During the 79^th Session of the General Assembly of the United Nations, President of the Republic of Ukraine remembered the day war in Ukraine began March the 4^th, 2022 changing previous localized conflict (Crimea) into a full-scale output of war. Even though President Zelenski presented a comprehensive strategy to end military conflict with Russia in 2022, devastating effects of continuous attack of territorial Ukraine targeted spirit, infrastructure, energy grid, thermal power plants and hydroelectric capacity disconnecting up to 80% of energy power plants reason for which, along with the 2024’s United Nations Resolution, President of Ukraine demanded to the President of the Russian Federation the return of the control of the Parisian Nuclear Power to redefine ‘Nuclear Safety’ as the main objective for National and International security.

 

Even though the people of Ukraine have resisted battlefield conditions the control of the radiation danger is an asset to end war with Russia considering the largest 6 nuclear reactors and real interest to achieve President Zelenski’s ‘Peace Formula’ including the defense of the best opportunity and set of principles to end war.
