Si bien el Nacionalismo identificado en el discurso de Rodríguez se refiere a los grandes héroes Simón Bolívar y Hugo Chávez, el honor histórico y credencial de titular defendidos por medio del Constitucionalismo se nombra, legítimamente, la Presidencia de la República.
