DETERRENCE OF UKRAIN’S ATTACK TO RUSSIAN OIL REFINERIES

 

Albeit the Republic of Ukraine’s offensive aiming Sectorial Directed Attacks during War with the Russian Federation has not ceased fire completely, the toll on Economy and decentralized expense ended when official deterrence of Ukraine’s attack to Russian Refineries was announced after January 1^st, 2026.
