INTERNATIONAL LAW PRESIDENT OF UKRAINE VISITS EUROPEAN COUNCIL MALGRÉ NATO SUMMIT

 

During visit to European Council, President of the Republic of Ukraine Volodymir Zelensky, refers to full war scale as an output of the occupation of the Ukrainian territory since 2023. Even though, NATO Summit were to be held during the same week, focus on Council of the European Union in Strasbourg and Committee of the Ministers of the Council of Europe brought into attention President Zlensky’s plea concerning the creation of a Tribunal with the intention of Judging Legal War after the progressive crimes of aggression committed against the Republic of Ukraine.

 

Albeit the creation of a Tribunal for War would serve as a bureaucratic way to assess legal processes concerning Justice, positive escalation achieved after the revised ONU Resolutions leaded to official lecture of consultative biding and non-binding State(s) of Law within the Council of Europe.

 

“What can a Tribunal really do?( …)  The cost of this war (…)   Ukrainian lives must be protected”, claimed President of the Republic of Ukraine, Zelensky in Strasbourg during gathering of the Council of the Council of the European Union (Council of Europe) (Zelensky,2025).

 

Even though expository war narrative was presented by Head of Government President Volodomir Zelensky, President of the European Commission, Ursula Von Der Layen,  manifested support for cause aiming the survival of Ukraine as strategic asset protecting values and principles besides the safety of the Members of military alliance NATO, its Defense Industry and production scale.

Albeit commercial ties related to scientific nuclear build up were identified by the State of Israel as the primary target of war and commerce, official alliances for security and political discourse do not correspond to direct threats concerning nuclear development. PODER JUDICIAL DE LA NACIÓN ESTADOS UNIDOS MEXICANOS

 

El Poder Judicial de la Federación está conformado por la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación, el Tribunal Electoral y los Tribunales de Circuito y Juzgados de Distrito. Entre las funciones del Poder Judicial establecidas por la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos se señala el de resolver conflictos entre las personas y órganos de poder público, proteger los derechos humanos establecidos en la Constitución Federal y Tratados Internacionales, además de proteger los derechos políticos electorales, impartir justicia y defender el orden establecido por la Carta Magna.

 

Si bien el proceso ordinario de elección de Ministros y Magistrados parte del nombramiento del Presidente de la República de los delegados del Poder Judicial, el nombramiento debe ser ratificado por la Cámara de Senadores por mayoría absoluta.

 

Si existe alguna consulta Constitucional, el Pleno puede ser referido para resolver conflictos relacionados a la interpretación de la norma escrita, no obstante, a partir de la Reforma al Poder Judicial realizada en el año 2024, promovida por el Presidente de la República Manuel López Obrador, se estableció una nueva normativa para determinar la integración de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación, modificar el proceso de nombramiento de Ministros, Magistrados y Jueces, sustituir el Consejo de la Judicatura Federal e incorporar nuevas reglas procesales.
