During
visit to European Council, President of the Republic of Ukraine Volodymir
Zelensky, refers to full war scale as an output of the occupation of the Ukrainian
territory since 2023. Even though, NATO Summit were to be held during the same
week, focus on Council of the European Union in Strasbourg and Committee of the
Ministers of the Council of Europe brought into attention President Zlensky’s plea concerning the creation of a Tribunal with
the intention of Judging Legal War
after the progressive crimes of aggression committed against the Republic of
Ukraine.
Albeit the
creation of a Tribunal for War would
serve as a bureaucratic way to assess legal processes concerning Justice, positive
escalation achieved after the revised ONU Resolutions leaded to official
lecture of consultative biding and non-binding State(s) of Law within the Council
of Europe.
“What can a Tribunal really do?( …) The cost of this war (…) Ukrainian lives must be protected”, claimed
President of the Republic of Ukraine, Zelensky in Strasbourg during gathering
of the Council of the Council of the European Union (Council of Europe) (Zelensky,2025).
Even
though expository war narrative was presented by Head of Government President
Volodomir Zelensky, President of the European Commission, Ursula Von Der Layen, manifested support for cause aiming the
survival of Ukraine as strategic asset protecting values and principles besides
the safety of the Members of military alliance NATO, its Defense Industry and
production scale.
At the
edge of NATO Summit, President Volodymir Zelensky aimed Russian sanctions
considering technical approach of conflict described by President of the
European Council, Antonio Costa, after a rule based order evaluating the
Russian Federation and Allies, Democratic People’s Republic and the Islamic
Republic of Iran as strategic by the Pacific Region. Albeit support and commitment
towards military capabilities and ceasefire expressed by Secretary General of
NATO, Mark Rutte, leaded towards support and aimed budget, Zelensky focused on
binding International Law and the creation of a Tribunal for War to cease
hostilities and direct occupation of territorial Ukraine (member of Cooperation
