BOARD OF PEACE UNITED STATES’ INSTITUTE OF PEACE

 

WASHINGTON DC.  The first meeting developed by United States’ Institute of Peace. Board of Peace (1), was held February 19^th, 2026 in Washington DC, closing with success the First Quorum and Financial Approval Order to continue with the delegates from Republic of Albania, Republic of Azerbaijan, Kingdom of Bahrain, Arab Republic of Egypt, Republic of Indonesia, Hachemite Kingdom of Jordan, Republic of Kazakhastan, Republic of Kosovo, State of Kuwait, Kingdom of Morroco, State of Qatar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and Republic of Uzbekistan the inauguration of the Board of Peace’s first Resolution.

During Inauguration event Vice President of the United States, JD Vance, manifested advocacy for corporation and Institution promoted by the State, words for which Secretary of State, Marco Rubio, provided a strategic framework to define Peace as a Multilateral Agenda accompanied, later, by distinguished guests Jared Kushner, Steve Witkoff and Mike Waltz to provide historic coordination and delivery of Institutional goals.

 With the objective to provide relief and prosperity to Gaza ‘territorial and political constitution of the State of Palestine’, the President of the United States of America and integrated World Leaders developed arguments to evaluate the extent of a long lasting Peace in the Middle East. Albeit President Donald Trump’s lead was recognize by the State of Israel during first Blueprint Deployment executed in 2025 by the U.S. Military, the continuous dialogue hither to with World Leaders provided continuity to achieve enduring processes (Jeffers, 2026).

 

 The initial phase of Blueprint Deployment included the formal request for the demilitarization of Gaza as a precondition to achieve phase of evacuation initiated in October 2025 followed by a transition period defined by the Prime Minister of Egypt, Mostafa Madbouly, as a period for coexistence and governing transition in Gaza. Albeit the defense of an Independent State of Palestine was the intended objective for local authorities, the inclusion of the 20 Point Plan created for the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas was accepted by Peace Board February 2026 (Mladevov, 2026).

  

Law -  Binding Standards

 

Even though  formal request made by leaders include the Rejection of the Annexation of the West Bank, the Assistance of the Palestinian people and the Implementation of the Abraham Accords suggested by the Prime Minister of Egypt, United Arab Emirates delegate and the Prime Minister of Qatar Tamin bin Hamad Al Thani were acknowleged as consented political agreements nevertheless the revision of binding standards of Democratic Justice in The Hague, instead, as an argument for International Law compliance by the Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama.

 

 To defend the State of Palestine, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kuwait, Sheik Jarrah Jaber Al Ahmad Al Sabah, established, as a precondition for peace, the identification of an independent Form of State of Palestine in accordance with the law and government.

Besides  International law instituted by the Board of Peace, the Diplomatic and Military goals presented by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Morocco to de-radicalize, the use of stabilization force and service of military deployment defended by the President of the Republic of Argentina, Javier Milei, were congruent with his Majesty of the Kingdom of Bahrein who also defended the  force for stabilization to provide relief to the Palestinian people.

 

 

Even though the Board of Peace elaborated the first Resolution of United State’s Institution of Peace, guest of Honor the President of the World Bank, Ajay Banga, argumented in favor of the Security of the United Nations nevertheless promoting construction and development projects as well as private bond money.

 

Following leader’s commitment, Giani Infantino, President of International Federation of  Football Association presented proposal to develop infrastructure for the Palestinian community and future generations.
