UKRAINE’S OFFENSIVE THE NOVOROSSIYSK ATTACK

The identification of artillery aimed to be implemented as deterrence of the transport (exportation) of oil was used in the Port City using (Neptune Missiles) to constitute War objective to block shipping near commercial outputs characterizing Ukraine’s defense as a long range strength target.

 

Albeit normed economy would be expected to determine operating costs, sanctions and profits, Jake Broe, a former U.S. Air Force Nuclear and Missile Operation Officer identified, as War necessity, the acquisition of an Interceptor of Missiles and technical Strengthening of the Air Defense Systems creating a winning strategy for the economy, a followed proposal suggested by the President of Ukraine supported by the President of the United States and European Allies (Broe,2025)[1].
