ONU. Considering development of
warfare between the State of Palestine and the State of Israel, the President
of the Republic of France, Emmanuel Macron, presented by means of speech in the
United Nations, an organization of arguments to approach the perils of an
endless war. The President of France, as Co-Chair with the Kingdom of Saudi
Arabia, defended, as primary objective, the stabilization of War after a Jewish
recognition of security and peace.
Even
though as a political Institution the State of Israel intends to condemn the
attack that initiated warfare between two states, the evaluation of War as an
Institution required the compromise, according to Emmanuel Macron, with peace
and security, historic responsibility and an end of military operations.
« La
paix de la securité » (…) « Un chemin vers la
paix » (A road for peace) (…) « bâtir
le monopole des armes » (End monopole of arms), proposed Emmanuel Macron,
the President of France, at the United Nations Conference 2025 (Macron, 2025).
Albeit
the political recognition of the State of Palestine, including the leading Head
of Government, Mahmoud Abbas, settled the condition to continue with an
argumented Peace Process suggested by the Republic of France as Co-Chair with
the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the full implementation and commitment to resume
agreement to “stabilize, rebuild and secure force” of the Palestinian State.
Even
though parallel ideological conflicts identified as anti-Semitism, self-determination
and other facts such as territorial Hamas were mentioned, guarding historic
sensibilities became a related objective concerning the Authority and Responsibility
to keep History safe, according to Emmanuel Macron.
