revealed President Vladimir Putin’s intention to end war by means of the
creation of an official memorandum stating a viable possibility to create a
Peace Treaty. The Russian Memorandum would agree to cease hostilities to reach
an agreement numerating principles and a time line to define potential peace
between the Republic of Ukraine and The Russian Federation.
