KREMLIN IN BEIJING

 

BEIJING. The day after the Military Parade hosted by President Xi Jiping in China, the President of the Russian Federeation,Vladimir Putin, attended a Press Conference defining conditions to achieve a negotiation and Peace according to International Law and the Constitution of Ukraine.

 

DIPLOMATIC CONSIDERATIONS ABOUT WAR

 

Albeit initiative manifested by President of Ukraine, Volodomir Zelenski, considering the Creation of a Tribunal for War[1] and the initiation of a peace process during Reunion[2] held with Donald Trump and European Leaders in August 2025, the establishment of Democracy as principle and condition to organize elections in Ukraine was suggested by the President of the Russian Federation besides the organization of a Referendum to reaffirm the self determination of the people of the territory of Ukraine.

 

Even though a Referendum might become a binding democratic process to determine the real self-determination process and government in territorial Ukraine scrutiny and Bilateral Agreements can become a way for Peace and political consent.

 

Albeit Vladimir Putin mentioned the importance of decision making in a Multilateral World and significant world leaders such as the President of the United States, Donald Trump, have urged a solution,  large scale operations positioned President of the Russian Federation as a political leader willing to negotiate with the President of the Republic of Ukraine inviting him to join initiative in Moscow.

 

“If Zelensky is ready, let him come to Moscow”, added President Vladimir Putin during Press conference after journalist appointed subject in Beijing. (Putin, 2025) (Hindustan Times).

 

Even though a bilateral Reunion is an intended Diplomatic suggestion, Vladimir Putin mentioned the importance of aiming equal rights considering a multilateral framework to result a Direct output between Federation and Republic without the omission of the security guarantees demanded by President Volodomir Zelensky.

 

“Security guarantees are natural (…) including Ukraine not related to the trade of territory, language, culture … tradition”, conciliated Vladimir Putin in Beijing (Putin, 2025) (Hindustan Times).

 

ASIAN PACIFIC REGION

 

President of the Russian Federation described global economy of the Asian Pacific Region including host territory, the Chinese economy, signaling a 5% increase of the demand of energy and resources reason for which the economic growth within alliance and partners became an input concerning stable supply, new markets, principles of price and raw material ensuring security and Ukraine.
